Water Management: What California can learn from Israel

In Israel wastewater is used to irrigate crops in the desert and desalination is used to provide 60% of the water in densely populated regions.  Recycled or brackish water is used for crops and water is affordable to everyone.  Since California and Israel share a similar physical environment, a lot can be learned from Israel.
